Very good place with good workout machines and barbells I think he is one of the best coaches in Auckland I was very weak and fat so I couldn’t lift the bar well when I started but I’m quite strong now and improvement was very fast with his perfect coaching (bench 115kg, squat 190lg, deadlift 210kg within one and a half years) 100 % satisfied with no regrets about signing up
